Possible problems during registration and their solutions

There are so many conferences on renewable energy sources, batteries and battery safety at the moment. Why should I attend this particular conference?

This conference is unique. For the first time, it brings together experts in the field of thermal analysis with experts in safety engineering, with the aim of introducing the former to a current, socially relevant field of application, and familiarising the latter with established methods for determining safety-relevant properties.

I find the conference theme interesting and would like to attend the conference. What do I need to do? To attend the conference, you must register. To do so, you will need a user account, which you can create here. The next steps are also explained there.
I would like to attend the conference and present a paper, but I haven’t finished my abstract(s) yet. What should I do?Please create a user account here and register for the conference here, but select the options “no presentation” and “no poster”. Once you have your abstract(s) ready, please update your registration here accordingly.
How do I pay the conference feeDuring registration, you will be asked to select your status (standard participant, GEFTA member, student, etc.). The conference fee is determined by this. Once registration is complete, you will receive an email with a confirmation of registration and an invoice, which you must settle within 14 days.
I have realised that I selected the wrong status during registration and have consequently received an incorrect invoice. How can I correct this?An invoice is only issued upon initial registration. Changes to your status do not result in a new invoice being issued. In this case, you will therefore need to delete your registration (via ‘Edit registration’ ‘delete’) and register anew via 'perform registration'.
I had registered, and then deleted my user account. Now, when I try to create a new user account, I can’t complete the registration. I get the error message: “Email address already exists. Please choose a different email address.” What do I need to do to access my registration?User accounts and registrations are two separate matters. A new user with the same name should not be able to edit the registration details of the previous user. In this case, please contact the organising team.
